There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S) Effective Date YEAS: 28 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Claman, Drummond, Edgmon, Fields, Foster, Hannan, Hopkins, Josephson, Kaufman, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeBon, McCarty, McKay, Merrick, Ortiz, Patkotak, Rasmussen, Schrage, Shaw, Snyder, Spohnholz, Story, Stutes, Tarr, Thompson, Tilton, Tuck, Wool Nays: Carpenter, Cronk, Eastman, Gillham, Johnson, Kurka, McCabe, Prax, Rauscher, Vance Excused: Nelson, Zulkosky And so, the effective date clause was adopted, and the new title follows: 2021-06-28 House Journal Page 1361 CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69(brf sup maj fld H/S) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; amending appropriations; making capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and reappropriations; and providing for an effective date." The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (June 16). CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
