The Speaker removed the Health & Social Services Committee                                                                      
referral and added an Education Committee referral for the following:                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 43                                                                                                          
     "An Act extending the termination date of the special education                                                            
     service agency; and providing for an effective date."                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
HB 43 is in the Education Committee with further referral to the                                                                
Finance Committee.
