The Speaker removed the Labor & Commerce Committee referral and                                                                 
added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 156                                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to industrial hemp; and providing for an effective                                                        
     date."                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
HB 156 was referred to the Resources Committee with further referral                                                            
to the Finance Committee.
