Representative Kreiss-Tomkins moved and asked unanimous consent to return to second reading for the purpose of considering Amendment Nos. 2 and 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was not offered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Rauscher: Page 6, line 24, following "care": Insert ", but may not be used to directly access the Internet by computer terminal or other automated means not requiring the assistance or intervention of an individual approved by the department," Representative Rauscher moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Kreiss-Tomkins objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
