Full Journal pdf2022-02-17 House Journal Page 1884 HB 111 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 16 calendar (page 1866), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 111(FIN) "An Act relating to the practice of dental hygiene; relating to advanced practice permits for dental hygienists; relating to dental assistants; prohibiting unfair discrimination under group health insurance against a dental hygienist who holds an advanced practice permit; relating to medical assistance for dental hygiene services; and providing for an effective date." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 111(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There was objection. The question being: "Shall CSHB 111(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1?"
