Constitution, I am transmitting a bill relating to the Alaska Energy                                                            
Independence Fund.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
This legislation amends AS 44.88 to establish the Alaska Energy                                                                 
Independence Fund within the Alaska Industrial Development and                                                                  
Export Authority (AIDEA).
