Amendment No. 32 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 10, lines 20-21: Delete "It is the intent of the legislature that federal funds be used to create statewide standards for instruction in social and emotional learning." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 32 be adopted. There was objection.
