Amendment No. 57 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 77, line 6: Delete "COSTS OF JOB RECLASSIFICATIONS." Insert "LEGISLATIVE INTENT. (a)" Page 77, following line 8: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) It is the intent of the legislature that departments continue to identify additional means of reducing spending so that per capita state spending is reduced to not more than twice the national average by the end of fiscal year 2023." Page 106, line 19, following "20,": Insert "29(b)," Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 57 be adopted. Representative Kreiss-Tomkins objected.
