Amendment No. 25 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 106, following line 16: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 58. CONTINGENCY. The appropriations made to the Office of the Governor, division of elections, in secs. 1, 4, 7, and 43(b) and (c) of this Act are contingent on the passage by the Thirty-Second Alaska State Legislature and enactment into law of a bill increasing the security of statewide elections." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.
