Amendment No. 18 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 106, following line 16: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 58. CONTINGENCY. The appropriations made to the legislature in sec. 1 of this Act are contingent on the capitol building being open to members of the public, as traditionally allowed, on or before May 19, 2021." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 106, line 22: Delete "secs. 58 - 60" Insert "secs. 59 - 61" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 18 be adopted. Representative Hannan objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 18 be adopted?"
