Representative Carpenter moved and asked unanimous consent to take up Amendment No. 69 as amended from the table. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 4 to Amendment No. 69 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 1, line 12: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) The appropriations in sec. 33 to the permanent fund from the general fund to satisfy deposits described under AS 37.13.010(a)(2) during fiscal years prior to July 1, 2020, are contingent on the passage and enactment into law of appropriations to the general fund from the budget reserve fund of appropriations in the same amount." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 to Amendment No. 69 be adopted. There was objection.
