Amendment No. 63 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 79, following line 10: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) The sum of $885,000,000 is appropriated from the earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for payment of supplemental 2018 permanent fund dividends to eligible individuals who received a 2018 permanent fund dividend and for administrative and associated costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022."
