IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment Nos. 22, 23, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 69, and 71 be taken up in the order specified by the Speaker.
