Amendment No. 32 was not offered. Amendment No. 33 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 77, line 6: Delete "COSTS OF JOB RECLASSIFICATIONS." Insert "LEGISLATIVE INTENT. (a)" Page 77, following line 8: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) It is the intent of the legislature that the state not require membership in a private organization as a prerequisite for state employment." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 33 be adopted. Representative Tuck objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 33 be adopted?"
