NO. 44 "An Act relating to the prescription of drugs by a physician                                                             
assistant without physical examination" and recommended it be

          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 44(L&C) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the prescription of drugs by a physician                                                                  
          assistant without physical examination; and providing
