The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                         
NO. 16 "An Act relating to certain alcoholic beverage licenses and                                                              
permits; and relating to the bond requirement for certain alcoholic                                                             
beverage license holders" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 16(L&C) "An Act relating                                                                           
      to certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits; relating                                                              
      to the bond requirement for certain alcoholic beverage
