Senate rescind its previous action in adopting the House amendment to                                                           
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(JUD) "An Act relating to the                                                                          
Legislative Ethics Act; and providing for an effective date." Senator                                                           
Costello objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further                                                          
objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action in concurrence.
