SENATE BILL NO. 43 "An Act extending the termination date of the                                                                
Big Game Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective

Senator von Imhof, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                               
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 777.                                                           
Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                            
further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 43(FIN) "An Act                                                                       
extending the termination date of the Big Game Commercial Services                                                              
Board; relating to a person's eligibility to hold a registered guide-                                                           
outfitter license, master guide-outfitter license, class-A assistant guide                                                      
license, assistant guide license, or transporter license; and providing
