Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary 2d Committee Substitute offered on page                                                               
1886. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 55(2d JUD)
