Full Journal pdf2019-04-01 Senate Journal Page 0688 Certification Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the journals for the seventy-fourth through seventy-sixth legislative days, Senate Journal Supplement No. 2 and House and Senate Joint Journal Supplement No. 6 be approved as certified by the Secretary. Without objection, it was so ordered. Messages from the House SB 38 Message dated March 29 was read stating the House passed and returned: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 38(FIN) "An Act making supplemental appropriations for unemployment assistance, fire suppression activities, and restoration projects related to earthquake disaster relief; capitalizing funds; and providing for an effective date." The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. Standing Committee Reports SB 16 The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 16 "An Act relating to certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits; and relating to the bond requirement for certain alcoholic beverage license holders" and recommended it be replaced with CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 16(FIN) "An Act relating to certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits; relating to the bond requirement for certain alcoholic beverage license holders; and providing for an effective date."
