Chief Justice Joel H. Bolger respectfully requests the opportunity to                                                           
address a joint session of the Thirty-first Alaska State Legislature for                                                        
the purpose of the annual State of the Judiciary address on                                                                     
Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at 11:00 a.m.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate                                                                   
accept the request to address the legislature. Without objection, it was                                                        
so ordered.
