Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(RES) was read the third time. 2019-05-12 Senate Journal Page 1118 Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Senator Costello objected and Senator Wielechowski was required to vote. Senators Costello, Shower, Gray-Jackson, Hughes, von Imhof, Bishop, Stedman, Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(RES) Supporting development of the road belt electrical transmission line; and urging members of the Alaska delegation in Congress to pursue the development of this high-voltage electrical line in the interior of the state, pass the Senate?"
