Effective Dates YEAS: 17 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Giessel, Gray-Jackson, Hoffman, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Micciche, Olson, Revak, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: Costello, Hughes, Reinbold and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 123(RBE) am H "An Act relating to electric and telephone cooperatives; relating to telephone service and related telecommunications services; relating to the creation and regulation of electric reliability organizations; relating to participation of electric utilities in electric reliability organizations; relating to duties of electric reliability organizations; providing for integrated resource planning; requiring project preapproval for certain interconnected large energy facilities; and providing for an effective date." Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment with a Legislative Letter of Intent. HCR 18 Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to take up HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18, which had been held on the Secretary's desk. Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate on final passage.
