Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered today.                                                                
Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                            
further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 309(RLS)

Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                   
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
