IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date" be adopted. A fiscal note packet was attached. Signing the report: Senator Stedman, Chair, Senators von Imhof, Olson; Representative Foster, Chair, Representatives Johnston, Tilton. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate waive Uniform Rule 42 in order to consider the Conference Committee Report. Without objection, Uniform Rule 42 was waived. Senator Hoffman moved the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection.
