2019-05-14 House Journal Page 1036 SJR 11 The following, which was held from the May 13 calendar (page 1001), was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 11(TRA) Urging the United States to issue a Presidential permit authorizing a railroad crossing of the Alaska-Canada border from state land into Yukon, Canada; and supporting cooperation between the United States and Canada to establish a public-private partnership for construction of a railroad from Alberta, Canada, to the state that would connect the Alaska Railroad to the North American railroad system. with the: Journal Page TRA RPT 6DP 716 FN1: ZERO(S.TRA) 717 Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSJR 11(TRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
