     SENATE BILL NO. 40                                                                                                         
     "An Act establishing the month of February as Black History                                                                
     Month."                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
SB 40 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed                                                            
on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SB 40 was read the third time.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
**Representative Rasmussen was excused (page 753).
