Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
the House rescind previous action in passing the following on

     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 2002(FIN)(brf sup maj fld H)                                                                        
     "An Act making appropriations, including capital appropriations,                                                           
     supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and other                                                                   
     appropriations; amending appropriations; making appropriations                                                             
     to capitalize funds; making appropriations for the capital expenses                                                        
     of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program;                                                             
     and providing for an effective date."
