The report was received in the Chief Clerk's office at 3:03 p.m.,

Representative Thompson moved that the House adopt the Free                                                                     
Conference Committee report, thus adopting FCCS SB 89, and                                                                      
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman objected.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representative Thompson placed a call of the House.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The call was satisfied.
