SB 89                                                                                                                         
A message dated April 17 was read stating the Senate failed to concur                                                           
in the House amendment to CSSB 89(JUD), namely:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(JUD)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to the Legislative Ethics Act; and providing for                                                           
    an effective date."                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The Senate waived Uniform Rule 42(a).                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the                                                             
following members to a Free Conference Committee to meet with a                                                                 
like committee from the House to consider the bills:

    hold a registered guide-outfitter license, master guide-outfitter                                                           
    license, class-A assistant guide license, assistant guide license, or                                                       
    transporter license; and providing for an effective date."
