     States rely on their experts to help them direct their many                                                                
     tasks that lay ahead of them as we now more than ever rely on                                                              
     you for guidance and protection.  Place a covering over our                                                                
     country and the states, especially this one, the one that has "In                                                          
     God We Trust" and this country "In God We Trust" on our                                                                    
     buildings.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     Father, give us clear direction as we work to find and care for                                                            
     people and miss the sounds and cries of those looking to us                                                                
     for help.  Help us to govern our duties for the sake of the                                                                
     people and the best way possible with the stores that we have                                                              
     gathered over the years.  Guide us to be wise with our                                                                     
     allocations to those who have been asked to give so much                                                                   
     already.  I ask this in Jesus' name.  Amen.
