SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS HCR 17 The following, which was held from March 16 (page 1890,) was before the House: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Suspending Rule 23(a), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 1, line 15, following "Legislature": Insert "for the purpose of passing appropriation bills."
