Hmong-American Veterans" Insert "to America of those men and women who were not service members of the United States Armed Forces during their period of military service. Foreign Military Service to America" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Tarr objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
