Representative Talerico moved and asked unanimous consent that his                                                              
name be added as prime sponsor to the following:                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 184                                                                                                         
     "An Act exempting veterinarians from the requirements of the                                                               
     controlled substance prescription database."
