Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 122 be returned to second reading for the purpose of considering amendments. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Rauscher: Page 1, line 9, through page 2, line 2: Delete all material and insert: "(A) Tract A: That portion within the S1/2 NE1/4 and N1/2 SE1/4 of Protracted Section 2, containing approximately 90.2 acres, more or less, as computed from the Bureau of Land Management plat of survey, officially filed December 3, 1999;" 2019-05-09 House Journal Page 0958 Representative Rauscher moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
