Representative Carpenter moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 235(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 235(FIN) "An Act relating to allocations of funding for the Alaska Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 235(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 235(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage Reconsideration YEAS: 35 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 5 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Carpenter, Claman, Drummond, Eastman, Edgmon, Fields, Foster, Gillis, Hannan, Hopkins, Johnson, Johnston, Josephson, Knopp, Kopp, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeBon, Neuman, Ortiz, Prax, Pruitt, Rauscher, Shaw, Spohnholz, Story, Stutes, Sullivan-Leonard, Talerico, Tarr, Thompson, Tilton, Tuck, Vance, Wool, Zulkosky Excused: Jackson, LeDoux, Lincoln, Merrick, Rasmussen And so, CSHB 235(FIN) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 235(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
