HB 124 Representative Claman, Chair of the Judiciary Committee, moved and asked unanimous consent that the five-day notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform Rules be waived so that the Judiciary Committee may hear the following on April 12: HOUSE BILL NO. 124 "An Act relating to the recording of documents; relating to notaries and notarization; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered.
