HB 94 HOUSE BILL NO. 94 by Representative Hannan, entitled: "An Act relating to the taxation of electronic smoking products; and providing for an effective date." was read the first time and referred to the Labor & Commerce and Finance Committees. * * * * * HB 5 The Speaker removed the Education Committee referral and added a Judiciary Committee referral for the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 5 "An Act prohibiting the expenditure of state money on gender reassignment medical procedures." HB 5 is in the State Affairs Committee with further referrals to the Health & Social Services and Judiciary Committees. CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR LEGISLATIVE CITATIONS Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the House approve the citations on the calendar.
