HB 87 The Finance Committee submitted the following forthcoming committee substitute to accompany its report (page 978): CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87(FIN) "An Act relating to the liquefied natural gas storage facility tax credit; and providing for an effective date." HB 87 is on today's calendar.
