Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 44, lines 10 - 15: Delete all material and insert: "(2) 90 days if the conviction is for a violation of (A) AS 11.61.116(c)(1) and the person is 21 years of age or older; or (B) AS 11.61.120(a)(6) and the person is 21 years of age or older; or" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
