HOUSE BILLS IN SECOND READING HB 40 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 586), was before the House: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 40(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB 40(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
