Conservation continue the inspections and testing of dairies in Alaska                                                          
while the department transitions to a fee-based system and fee                                                                  
schedule to cover the cost of inspections of Alaska's dairies, to ensure                                                        
the continuation of dairy operations in the state, and safe food for all
