Amendment No. 69 was offered by Representatives Edgmon, Foster, Knopp, Stutes, Thompson, Tarr, Tuck, Josephson, Wool, Drummond, Spohnholz, Story, Hannan, Ortiz, Zulkosky, Claman, Fields, LeBon, and Kreiss-Tomkins: Page 57, line 28: Delete "sec. 23(s)" Insert "sec. 23(t)" Page 66, following line 18: Insert a new subsection to read: "(n) The sum of $49,910,250 is appropriated to the Department of Education and Early Development for state aid for costs of school construction under AS 14.11.100 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, from the following sources: (1) $16,500,000 from the School Fund (AS 43.50.140); (2) $33,410,250 from the general fund." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Page 68, following line 25: Insert a new subsection to read: "(l) The sum of $19,694,500 is appropriated from the general fund to the regional educational attendance area and small municipal school district school fund (AS 14.11.030(a)." Reletter the following subsections accordingly.
