Amendment No. 29 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 52, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that departments continue to identify additional means of reducing spending so that per capita state spending is reduced to not more than twice the national average by the end of fiscal year 2021." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 29 be adopted. Representative Wilson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 29 be adopted?"
