Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 26 be adopted. Representative Josephson objected. Representative Claman rose to a point of order, citing Section 2 of Mason's Manual. The Speaker advised the member to conclude the remarks. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 26 be adopted?"
