     Insert new material to read:                                                                                               
"It is the intent of the legislature that the Department of Health and                                                          
Social Services shall prepare a report on whether the department may                                                            
obtain future savings by consolidating public health laboratories                                                               
throughout the state and shall submit the report to the co-chairs of the                                                        
Finance Committees by January 15, 2020."                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
Amendment No. 25 be adopted.
