2019-05-13 House Journal Page 1004 HB 68 Representative Pruitt gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 68(FIN) (page 999). 2019-05-13 House Journal Page 1005 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 68(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN) "An Act relating to the division of labor standards and safety; relating to the division of workers' compensation; establishing the division of workers' safety and compensation; relating to employment of a minor; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 68(FIN) pass the House?"
