SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4 Urging the Alaska                                                                                 
Congressional delegation to introduce bills to provide for the                                                                  
exemption of legally acquired walrus, mammoth, and mastodon ivory                                                               
from laws that ban the sale, use, and possession of ivory. Signing do
