Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the                                                              
passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses.

1902. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                               
RESOLUTION NO. 10(STA) Proclaiming 2019 to be the Year of                                                                       
Innovation in Alaska, was adopted and was before the Senate on final
