Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                
withdraw her name as prime sponsor and add the Senate Finance                                                                   
Committee as prime sponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 97 "An Act                                                                        
relating to pension obligation bonds." Without objection, it was so                                                             
ordered.
